LUPS Signs International Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Kazakhstan's Center for Military-Strategic Research

Ludovika University of Public Service has reached a new milestone in expanding its international relations by concluding a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Center for Military-Strategic Research (JSC CMSR) in Kazakhstan. The strategic agreement was signed by Dr. Gergely Deli, Rector of the University, and Ryspayev Askhat Nauryzbayevich, President of JSC CMSR.

The primary objective of the agreement is to enhance the scientific and academic standing of both institutions, deepen professional ties, and strengthen mutual understanding across their shared fields of research. Under the partnership, both organizations have committed to implementing joint research programs, exchanging scientific publications and professional materials, and inviting each other to conferences and symposia. According to the memorandum, scientists and experts from both organizations will participate as speakers in each other's professional forums, facilitating international academic dialogue and researcher mobility. This strategic partnership provides an excellent opportunity for the faculty and researchers of the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training to engage in joint research projects on international and regional security issues.
