LUDOVIKA UNIVERSITY OF PUBLIC SERVICE

Strenghtening ties with Wacław Felczak Foundation

On April 2nd, the Ludovika University of Public Service and the Wacław Felczak Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The two institutions have a long-standing and strong relationship, which has now been further strengthened for future collaboration. This Memorandum of Understanding not only formalizes their cooperation but also symbolizes the strong Hungarian-Polish academic ties, aiming to enhance both bilateral and regional relations.

In the summer of 2025, the Ludovika University of Public Service will host the V4 Diplomatic Academy Summer School, co-organized by the Wacław Felczak Foundation, the Europe of the Carpathians Clubs and our university, welcoming students from across the Visegrád countries. At this summer school, participating students will have the opportunity to engage in workshops, panel discussions, and lectures on the current geopolitical and economic landscape of the region, the future of the V4, and diplomatic relations between the Visegrád countries.

The V4 Diplomatic Academy is an exclusive platform designed to bring together the most talented and ambitious students from the Visegrád Group countries—Hungary, Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia—who are passionate about international relations and diplomacy.

The Memorandum of Understanding, signed by our university’s rector, Dr. Gergely Deli, and the Wacław Felczak Foundation’s President, Dr. Karol Biernacki, aims to support this mission by welcoming talented and ambitious students to our university from all around the Visegrad Group countries.
