Based on the mutually signed Memorandum of Understandings an intensive educational and research cooperation is already going on for more than two years between these Russian institutions and our university. Along their stay the rector of the NUPS held a presentation in the panel session of a conference organized about the strategic questions of Russia and Europe. In the meanwhile the Dean of the Faculty of Science of Public Governance and Administration was the leading contributor to the researchers’ roundtable discussions on the conference. At the meeting of Prof. A. Torkunov, rector of the MGIMO with the rector of the NUPS the two leaders confirmed that they consider each other as a strategic partner on the field of education in international and diplomacy studies and decided about the preparation of a joint degree curriculum as aim of development in their long-term cooperation.
