A delegation from the Indian Public Service Institute visited the National University of Public Service on 22 March 2018. The 23 member delegation, led by professor C. Sheela Reddy, included officers from the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Ministry of Defence.
The delegation was welcomed in the new by Dr. habil. Györgyi Nyikos, Vice-Dean for Science and International Affairs, Dr. Zsuzsanna Peres, Vice-Dean for Science and International Affairs and Dr. László Velikovszki colleague of the International Relations Office.
During the Hungarian stay, the high ranking Indian delegation visited other public institutes as well, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Prime Minister’s Office. They arrived to NUPS with the aim of learning about the University and enhancing the Indian-Hungarian educational connections. After the welcome speech of the Vice-Rector, Dr. László Velikovszki presented the structure and the international relations of the University, with special attention to international mobility. Later, Dr. Zsuzsanna Peres introduced the Faculty of Science of Public Governance and Administration and the Centre for Executive Training and Continuing Education. After the informative sessions, further cooperation opportunities were discussed with the guests.
