- All fees are applicable to students admitted for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- An initial one-off application fee of EUR 150 must be paid by each incoming student applying for any BA/BSc or MA programs.
- The application fee is non-refundable, and must be transferred to the University's bank account. It is part of the application procedure and does not guarantee the applicant's admission to the selected program. In case an applicant re-applies for a program, he or she must pay the application fee again. No exception to this rule can be made under any circumstances. The application fee must be paid independently from the tuition fee.
Payment via bank transfer
o Fees indicated by the application procedure (application fee) and by the Letter of Acceptance (tuition fee) can be transfered through a local bank in your country.
o Please check the exact amount of the payable fee and the currency (EUR) in our website or in the relevant programme description before initiating the bank transfer.
o In the Remarks/Comments field please state student’s name (as in passport), student’s address (as in application form) and the relevant program name.
o Invoice will be provided by the relevant admission office.

Refund policy:
o Tuition fee paid by freshman visa-bound students is non refundable with the exception that the pre-paid tuition fee may be refunded in case the visa (residence permit) was rejected or cancelled, and the student submits the necessary documents to prove this fact
In occurrence of overpayment by the student, the student may demand a refund according to the regulations stipulated in the Rules and Regulations.
