Erasmus+ at Ludovika-UPS
Erasmus+ is the most known scholarship programme enabling the international mobility of students as well as academic and administrative staff. While the traditional Erasmus programme enabled mobility within the so called programme countries (EU member states, Iceland, Norway, Lichtenstein, Macedonia and Turkey), from 2015/2016 the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) gives opportunity to partner countries as well from all around the globe.
The main types of scholarship for students are:
- study mobility: students can spend one or two semesters in a foreign higher education institution without paying tuition fees or going through the application procedures designed for full degree students, besides the credits earned at the foreign institution are recognised at their home institution.
- student traineeship mobility: students can get scholarship to conduct internship at a chosen company, institution, organisation or embassy with a period of 2 to 12 months.
