Colleagues of LUPS at Babes-Bolyai University
Universities in CEEPUS member states collaborate on joint programmes and initiatives. These networks bring together academic institutions with a shared scientific focus: Law Enforcement, Security, and Psychology Networks are taken with an interdisciplinary approach in mind.
Miklós Tihanyi, a faculty member in the Public Safety Department at the Faculty of Law Enforcement, participated in the LEPSY CEEPUS mobility programme at Babeș-Bolyai University’s Faculty of Applied Psychology. His primary research examines the impact of religious practices in prison. During his lectures, he shared key findings from decades of Hungarian studies, in which he was actively involved, ensuring an authentic presentation of the results.
Beyond his lectures, he had the opportunity to engage with fellow scholars exploring similar topics at Babeș-Bolyai University. This exchange not only enriched his perspective but also paved the way for future research collaborations.
