The Ludovika Scholars Program continues

The Ludovika Scholars Program of the Ludovika University of Public Service continues in the spring semester of the 2023/24 academic year too; in two rounds, in March and April we expect guest lecturers and researchers who have successfully applied for the Program. The internationally recognized guests, arriving in the framework of the Program give public lectures, participate in workshops and have professional discussions at our University. Between 18 and 22 March five experts will visit the Ludovika from the following countries: Azerbaijan, North Macedonia, Greece, Kosovo and Serbia.

Dr Anar M. Valiyev (Associate professor at ADA University in Baku, program director of the university's Master program in International Relations and Diplomacy. His expertise lies in geopolitics, focusing mainly on Azerbaijan, the Turkic states and the Caucasus region.)

Dr Aleksandar Nacev (Dean of the Faculty of Detectives and Criminalistics at the European University in Skopje. Expert of national security and information security.)

Dr habil. Kyriaki Topidi (Senior Researcher at the Flensburg-based European Centre for Minority Issues. Her areas of ​​expertise include comparative constitutional law, as well as EU law and minority protection. Her latest research focuses on the interaction of digitalization and formation of minority identities.)

Dr Ahmet Nuredini (Colonel of the Kosovo Police, General Directorate, Chair of its Appeals & Award Board. His expertise lies in criminal law, criminal procedure law, information security and cybercrime.)

Professor Dr Jovan Despotović (Chair of Board of UNESCO IRTCUD, retired professor of the University of Belgrade, with 44 years of experience in the field of hydrology and water management.)
