At the end of this year, the International Committee of the Student Union of the Ludovika University of Public Service (LUPS) organized the International Christmas event on December 6th at the Orczy Dormitory. The Christmas event, primarily aimed at foreign students, provided an opportunity for each participant to present the culture of their own country through traditional dishes. In addition to entertaining programs, the organizers also offered insight into Hungarian holiday traditions.
Koller Boglárka, the Vice-Rector for International Affairs welcomed the participants, followed by festive greetings from Mernyei Ákos Péter, the International Director, and Zachar Péter Krisztián, the Vice-Dean of FPGIS. During the evening, the organizers prepared various performances for the guests from abroad, including a short presentation of "The Nutcracker." Shared singing, gingerbread decoration, and a playful quiz were also part of the joint celebration.
