In his remarks on the school year behind us, Rector András Koltay listed the impact of the coronavirus epidemic on our University. Although we missed many events, ceremonies, graduations and, last but not least, many lessons, we have also learned important things in recent months due to the special situation, said the Rector, who added: the University gained students, colleagues and departments and units that are able to adapt and last but not least could see signs of mutual respect and humanity as well as recognition from unexpected places. We have won a new unavoidable incentive to innovate, “because the circumstances forced us to have a go…,” concluded András Koltay.
