Any student so affected is obliged to contact his/her general practitioner and notify the Ludovika-UPS Epidemiology Operational Corps (hereinafter: EOC) through the EOC reporting point (which is available at https://digioktatas.uni-nke.hu/).

In the event of a diagnosed infection or suspected infection, please also inform your acquaintances with whom you have been in contact in the previous days so they could have enough time to consider voluntary quarantine for themselves.

As a general rule, the education takes place in the form of personal attendance, but special forms of education are going to be introduced in case the students are prevented from attending education in person due to the epidemic. Accordingly, if the University is temporarily unable to provide dormitory accommodation for a full-time student entitled to dormitory, after an absence of more than three weeks, the student must be provided with the opportunity to distance learning work schedule.

Distance learning work schedule shall also be applied if any student is individually prevented from attending education in person due to the epidemic (e.g. infection, official quarantine or voluntary quarantine), if the reasons for the prevention from attending education in person remains for more than three weeks.
