In the framework of two years of partnership with the Ethiopian Civil Service University (ECSU), Dr. Berhanu Beyene, professor and Head of the African Institute of Governance and Development (AIGAD) and Dr. Getachew Zeru, senior lecturer have visited the Faculty of International and European Studies as part of the staff mobility programme. During their stay, they gave lectures to BA and MA students on different topics: political and security processes of the Horn of Africa, economic success of Ethiopia, radical organizations in Somalia, conflicts over water and E-governance. During the two weeks in Budapest, the lecturers had a meeting with Dr. Boglárka Koller, Dean of the Faculty, where they discussed further cooperation opportunities with regards to research, publications and joint learning materials.
