Cooperation Signed with Ministry of Human Capacities

Azbej Tristan, under-secretary for the Department for Persecuted Christians at the Ministry of Human Capacities handed over the cooperation agreement signed by minister Zoltán Balog and by Prof. dr. András Patyi, rector of the National University of Public Service.

The cooperation was initiated by the ‘Extremism, Religious Extremism Ludovika Research Group’ of the Faculty of Military Sciences and Officer Training. With the finalisation of the agreement, the government initiative for aiding prosecuted Christians and the research – which has been going on at NUPS for years – on the psychology on religious extremism and the possibilities of religious and governmental actors.

The agreement covers the joint organisation of conferences, workshops and forums, the creation of analytical reports, the publication of researches and translations and joint international participation. Furthermore, the educational and research portfolio of NUPS includes the role and status of persecuted Christians including their heritage, security environment and their part in global migration.
