Department of History and Social Studies

The Department is responsible for the educational tasks of training history teachers, as well as for running undergraduate programmes in history and ethnology. Our primary research areas encompass historiography and ethnography, with particular emphasis on their school-related aspects and on the methodological issues of teaching history.
