Department of Forensic Sciences
During the first transformation of the former Department of Criminalistics, it was divided into a Techniques in Criminalistics and a Criminal Tactics and Methodology organisational unit.
The Department of Forensic Sciences was established on July 1, 2019, and includes the education and research of techniques and methodology.
The lecturers working in the department have teaching skills based on many years of practical experience gained during fieldwork.
The results of the continuous research work also serve as teaching material and are available to students in the form of notes and publications.
The teaching community participates in resort projects in the field of criminal methodology and techniques in criminalistics and reports on its research in specialist books and domestic and international journals.
