Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee (hereinafter: the Committee) is the body that ensures the general enforcement of the Code of Ethics and the rules of conduct set out in the Code.
The chairman of the committee is Dr. Norbert Kis, professor.
The members of the Committee are elected by the Senate. The chairman of the committee is appointed by the rector from among its members elected by the Senate. A member of the Committee may not be instructed or otherwise influenced in his or her decision as a member in the course of his or her employment, service or student status.
The detailed rules for the operation of the Commission are set out in the Code of Ethics.
The ethical complaint must be submitted in writing to the Chairman of the Commission within 15 days of the complainant becoming aware of the act.
