Applicants should complete an online application form (in English) and input an abstract of a paper (maximum two pages - 3600 characters), update the personal data and attach the actual CV file (maximum 2 MB).

International Parliamentary Scholarship of the German Bundestag (IPS - Internationales Parlaments-Stipendium)
The programme offers a five-month scholarship to politically engaged fresh graduates to learn about the German parliamentary system.
The two month summer program includes an internship placement in Washington DC, academic credit from George Mason University. The scholarship covers full tuition and a living stipend for the duration of the program.

The Visegrad scholarships support Master and post-Master students and researchers in all disciplines and in any language for up to four semesters at more than 190 higher education institutions across Central and Eastern Europe.
The Hungarian-American Commission for Educational Exchange offers approximately 30-35 scholarships annually for study, teaching and research in the United States at the graduate (Master’s or Ph.D) or post-doctoral level. The exchage program offers an opportunity for the applicant to participate in lectures, conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields, or to participate in seminars.

IIT KGP Young Innovators’ Program
The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur is launching the ‘IIT KGP Young Innovators’ Program’ aimed to foster young minds with scientific enthusiasm and credo to solve the problems facing the globe. This program will be a platform to identify students with talents and interest in science and technology, help them realize their true ability to think and work creatively on global problems and to encourage them to take up technology or research based careers. The proposed themes are Clean Energy, Health & Cleanliness, Resource Management, Disaster Management, Hardware Modelling and Product Designing.
The submission is open until 10 August, 2018.

DUO -Thailand Fellowship Programme
DUO -Thailand Fellowship Programme aims to enhance a balanced mobility of students between Thailand and 30 ASEM member states in Europe by supporting paired-based and two-way exchanges. In this respect, the programme requires that a PAIR (two persons) of students be exchanged in the framework of cooperative project/cooperation between higher education institutions in Thailand and in 30 ASEM member states in Europe. Applications can be submitted until 28 September, 2018.
