The Registrar’s Office of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law Enforcement, National University of Public Service is subordinated to the Dean's Office. It carries out its activities based on the tasking of the Dean and the head of the Dean's Office, under the direction of the Vice Dean for Education and the professional supervision of the Head of the Registrar’s Office.

The main task of the administrators of the Registrar’s Office is to manage the study and social affairs of the students of the Faculty from admission to the issuance of the diploma, as well as all information, administrative and registration tasks related to the students that are referred to the competence of the Department by law or university regulations, and also tasks that are referred to the office by the Dean.

At the Department, Veronika Krizsai performs the tasks related to the recruitment procedure, including the implementation of the tasks required in the central recruitment information system, informing the candidates, as well as performing the administrative tasks of the recruitment procedure and the additional recruitment procedure.

Anett Simai performs the tasks related to the handling, settlement and preparation of the decision of the various applications submitted by the students on paper or through Neptun. These include, for example, study decisions, credit applications, and the establishment of scholarships.

The tasks related to the student card, its extension, issuance of certificates are performed by the study administrator assigned to the student's training.

Zsolt Ackermann is responsible for the management of the Neptun electronic registration system, the maintenance of the student database and the provision of statistical data.
