During a ten day program led by Prof. Zoltán SZENES ret. General, the delegation members laid a wreath at the 1st World War Italian and Hungarian soldiers monument in Redipuglia-Fogliano. Furthermore, they visited the MLF brigade in Udine, NRDC-IT in Milano, NATO's Naples Joint Force Command, the NATO Defense College in Rome and met with top military leaders of the Italian national education system at the Joint Services Staff College. Finally, the course paid a visit to the Multinational CIMIC group at Motta di Livenza.

In addition to the NATO command, the study visit also focused on the entire cross-section of the Italian-Hungarian military operational relationship. It successfully introduced the international environment of NATO headquarters, provided insight into the Italian-Hungarian cooperation and an opportunity for fostering bilateral relations. Apart from these meetings, the organized working dinner subsequent to the official program also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange of personal experiences.
In the very near future some of the group members are going to participate in the Combined Joint European Exercise (CJEX) organized by Joint Services Staff College, Rome.
